1 Star Restaurant, Shoreditch

When the 1 star Michelin restaurant approached us with a task, we couldn’t help get excited. The space, located within the entrance lobby of the Shoreditch restaurant was small, but perfectly formed. Designing a compact restaurant wine wall to house the wine collection meant that we had to get our thinking caps on and be creative. What was achieved was a very unique space that is capable of holding almost 1000 bottles, achievable by spanning the racking over 3 metres high. Temperature controlled using a Fondis wine cellar conditioning system, with bespoke glass doors and panels, LED lighting and a mix of traditional wine racking, and double depth bespoke racking. The outcome has resulted in a wine storage wall, ideal for access and use whilst being impressive to the customer.
